This data can then be shared across an organization through easily accessible dashboards and reports.  This allows decision makers to identify behavioral changes and implement best practices or take actions.  Dashboards allow for advanced analysis to:

  • Water rate and cost analysis through Banyan’s regularly updated Water Rate Engine
  • Understand how water is consumed at a given site; gain y/y and m/m trends to identify areas for savings or improvement
  • Export data easily from the platform

REAL TIME ALERT CENTER

By installing real-time water metering, Banyan can alert on issues as they arise, including leaks or other unexpected flows.  This enables operators to address problems before they cause significant damage and water waste.  Properties with regular unoccupied times and/or regular daily water use are identified by the system to ensure no false positive alerts are sent.  Parameters and recipients of alerts are also customizable to meet compliance and business needs.
